Where is the showroom?
134 High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9QJ — open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–2pm. Drop in, or make an appointment.
Do you charge for consultations?
No. Home, virtual and showroom consultations are free — we prefer to meet face to face, and we'll call you first for an informal chat.
Do you work outside Surrey?
Yes. We supply and install throughout the UK and Europe — from London townhouses to private villas abroad.
Can I order samples?
Yes — order directly through our sample ordering service, or take free samples home from the showroom to see them in your own light.
Which manufacturers do you stock?
Over 150 UK and European suppliers, from Roger Oates and Crucial Trading to Amtico, Karndean and Alternative Flooring — hand-picked at our Surrey showroom.

Preparation
- We carry out an onsite survey and make a full assessment of the works needed.
- Subfloor preparation is advised up front so the best finish can be executed.
Fitting & aftercare
- Materials acclimatise in your home before installation begins.
- Underlay is matched to the covering — never an afterthought.
- We leave you with a care guide so your floor ages beautifully.
